§2. For what purpose and on what basis do we process data?

We process your personal data (e.g. first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number) for the following purposes:

  1. Handling enquiries from the contact form or email – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (our legitimate interest consisting of communicating with website users).
  2. Analytics and statistics (site traffic analysis, user behaviour) – based on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) given via the cookie banner.
  3. Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

§3. Who can we share your data with?

    • Microsoft Clarity: A tool that allows us to analyse user behaviour through heatmaps and session recordings (recorded anonymously – we cannot see entered passwords or data in forms).
