The KR-040 Dominator is not simply a development of earlier models. It is a completely new machine designed from a blank sheet, combining over 30 years of experience of the Polish brand Ekolot with the latest aviation technologies.
The new definition of the ultralight class
Our goal was simple: to create a two-seat cruiser in the up to 600 kg category (UL-2) that retains the economics of microlight aviation whilst offering the performance, character and equipment known from more expensive, advanced General Aviation (GA) designs.
Rotax 915 iS
A modern 140 KM engine guarantees excellent performance and a high cruising speed.
Low-wing, composite
A composite structure made of carbon and glass fibres, with a side-by-side cabin — seats side by side.
Fully retractable
Electrically or hydraulically controlled — the main difference compared to older Ekolot models.
